  • Description / Pathology :

    Large size cell, concave nucleus (isthmus> 1/3 of the nucleus size), quite dense chromatin, pale basophilic or neutrophilic cytoplasm, many neutrophilic granules, no visible Golgi apparatus.

    Presence in the blood = Myelemia.

    Hematologic Diseases: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia + + +, Primary Myelofibrosis (erythromyelemia)

    Reactive etiology: Severe Infection, Granulocytic Regeneration, Treatment with G-CSF.
