  • Description / Pathology :

    Large size cell, regular oval eccentric not curved nucleus, , no nucleolus, intermediate/mildly condensed chromatin, basophilic pale pink or beige cytoplasm, with many small red-brown neutrophilic granules, no visible  light perinuclear area.

    Presence in the blood is defined as Myelemia.

    Hematologic Diseases: Chronic myeloid leukemia + + +, primary myelofibrosis  (erythromyelemia).

    Reactional étiology : Severe Infection, granulocytic regeneration, treatment with G-CSF.
