Our location in Sparks, NV is seeking a self-motivated Materials Handler who will assist the Materials Coordinator to ensure timely product shipment to improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports manufacturing floor; maintains and provides status on shortage lists
  • Packages, stores and preserves material (including cycle counts).
  • Verifies accuracy of products and shipping documentation when receiving material. (“Receiving Material”)
  • Packages and prepares packing lists for shipment of systems. (“Systems Shipment”)
  • Performs standard shipping duties within regulatory guidelines (e.g., hazardous material, Electro-static discharge packaging, etc.) and utilizing FedEx/UPS, as applicable. (“Standard Shipping”)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Requires general knowledge of warehousing, shipping and receiving, as well as scheduling, processing and tracking work orders in a computerized manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to conduct accurate cycle counts and to maintain accurate inventory control records.
  • Ability to efficiently package, ship and/or receive domestic and international shipments.
