The XGT can flexibly adapt to a wide-range of sample sizes, for the microanalysis of an area on the order of 10 µm in diameter, to the analysis of a maximum area of 10 cm x10 cm.
The XGT can be applied to everything from the element analysis of a 10 µm area of a microchip to the element analysis of the entire image area of an archeological relic.
