Sales Support Coordinator

  • Entry-level position to ensure accurate and on-time order entry and delivery. 
  • Provide support for order inquiries regarding various questions or issues.
  • Utilize SAP to complete and maintain accurate order information according to purchase orders and quotes
  • Maintain various excel files
  • Communicate effectively with sales team, production, purchasing, accounting  
  • Provide support to the sales team with preparing and responding to RFQ/Bids as needed within the required deadline.



  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Completing information in DHL and FedEx platforms as needed
  • Maintain various excel files – orders, shipments, delivery schedule
  • Maintain customer communication for assigned orders. Delivery schedule, order acknowledgments, invoicing
  • Completing and submitting purchase requisitions as needed
  • Prepare and respond to RFQ/ Bids 
  • A/R follow-up as needed /electronic invoicing


SKILLS and Competencies:

  • SAP 
  • Excel, Word
  • Salesforce and/or ServiceMax [Not mandatory]
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
