MP-32 series are high performance and scalable model which correspond to various detectors and measurement unit by separation between spectroscope and CL collection unit.
MP-32 series use a thermal-type field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). It enables microscopic ranges to be evaluated with high spatial resolution, which was not possible in the past. The MP-32S/M represents a breakthrough into the submicron range.
