HORIBA Automotive Emissions Analyzers hold an 80% world market share. With high precision our analyzers meet or exceed all world wide regulatory agencies required measurement accuracies.

The MEXA-7000 series, acclaimed by the automotive industry since its introduction in 1995, again stepped forward when version 3 of the product was released. Benefiting from continuous development and improvement, the MEXA-7000 Version 4 measures exhaust emissions from internal combustion engines running on a wide variety of fuels.

Setting a New Standard in Emission Testing MEXA-ONE

"HORIBA ONE PLATFORM" integrates the test devices in an emission cell into a single user interface, increasing efficiency and optimizing user control over the entire testing process.

The MEXA-ONE-FT Series simultaneously measures concentrations of multiple components, including NH3, N2O, CH4, CO and CO2.

Laser Spectroscopic Motor Exhaust Gas Analyzer MEXA-ONE-QL-NX

The MEXA-ONE-QL-NX is an analyzer for the direct, simultaneous real-time measurement of the four relevant nitrogen-containing exhaust gas components NO, NO2, N2O and NH3.

The World’s smallest Device in its class for the simultaneous measurement of multiple components of engine exhaust gas.

MEXA-1300R is a motor exhaust gas analyzing system for two and four stroke engine assembly lines and has an integrated sample handling system for removal of oil and moisture.

The measurement of CO, CO2, HC and O2 (optional) in exhaust gases is made simply by inserting the sample probe into the tail pipe. AFR and Lambda are also calculated from the exhaust gas concentrations.

One of the newest additions to the HORIBA stand alone analyzer product family is the MEXA-1170HCLD, which uses an industry standard chemiluminescence detector for NO/NOx measurement.

This single-component measurement system measures total hydrocarbons with a heated flame ionization detector. Designed for stand-alone operation, MEXA-1170HFID includes a detector, sampler, and control system in a compact, rack-mountable case. The detector is based on MEXA-7000FID, providing proven reliability and accuracy.

The MEXA-1170SX is a continuous gas analyzer for sulfur compounds existing in engine emissions. It can measure concentrations of SO2and total reduced sulfur compounds (TRS), such as H2s, separately. It can also measure the total sulfur compounds (TS) that contain both gaseous compounds and liquid compounds in PM, such as SO3. "Lubricant oil consumption" measurement using sulfur trace method is also available.
