A SPRi experiment consists of three steps:

• The ligands are immobilized on the SPRi-Biochip surface in a matrix format
• The sample solution is passed over the SPRi-Biochip surface and variations of reflectivity are recorded in real time
• The kinetic data is analyzed to extract quantitative information and/or kinetic rates of the interactions
