We have a skilled team of 22 service specialists located throughout the UK, working to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your equipment.
We promise to deliver a high quality, flexible service with a minimal reaction time. With our dedicated team of service engineers, our aim is to be with you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry.
Our Service & Support Packages

Platinum Package includes:
- Engineer telephone and email support.
- On-site response time within 24 hours.
- Unlimited call-outs.

Gold Package includes:
- Engineer telephone and email support.
- On-site response time within 48 hours.
- Unlimited call-outs.

Silver Package includes:
- Engineer telephone and email support.
- Bespoke limited contracts to suit your needs and budget.
Optional Remote Desktop support for all contract customers available Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
