APDA-372
Ambient Dust Monitor
The APDA-372 Ambient Dust Monitor is designed for indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring and provides continuous, simultaneous real-time measurements of PM1, PM2.5, respirable fractions (PM4), thoracic fractions (PM10), inhalable fractions (TSP), particle number concentration and, upon request, particle size distribution in 32 size classes per decade within the particle size range of 0.18–18 µm. The APDA-372 uses the QAL1 approved (EN16450) measurement technology of optical light scattering and is equipped with a white LED light source offering highly stable output and a long service life. An integrated filter holder for 47 mm or 50 mm absolute filters enables on-site gravimetric correlation and subsequent aerosol composition analysis. The system can also be connected to an isokinetic sampling probe for emission measurements in exhaust air ducts with a volume flow of 4.8 L/min. In addition, the APDA-372 includes sensors for temperature, atmospheric pressure and relative humidity monitoring.
