Duties: Manage IT standards and implement IT processes across projects in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standards. Ensure compliance with Information Technology (IT) and ISO standards by tracking and implementing statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage, create and approve process documentation for IT and Quality through the Document Management Control (DMC) process on SharePoint. Use Team Foundation Server (TFS) to create and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, mitigate and manage technology and security weaknesses, threats, and risks. Perform internal audits, identify root causes of software and hardware non-conformities, and apply corrective actions. Use C, C++, JIRA, JAVA Script, and related tools and technologies to write and modify software codes when required. Coordinate internal IT audits to analyze data using SQL Database and .XML, and present to senior management using MS Visio and Microsoft Azure. Conduct management review meetings with executives to present metrics, latest improvements and changes applied to IT Security and Quality. Technical evaluation of software and hardware. Identify, create and manage training content. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues relating to ISO compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or closely related field and 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered.

Salary: $127,504 - $133,492/year
