CLUE Series key components

High collection efficiency mirrors

High collection efficiency mirrors

We offer a large range of diamond turned retractable mirrors to fit with any applications:

  • Ellipsoidal or parabolic mirrors
  • Choice of short and long working distances, 30° tilted mirrors
  • UV optimized thanks to low surface roughness (<10nm)
  • Dedicated UV (down to 185nm) or gold coating (up to 2,2µm) to perfectly match spectral range
CL-LINK

CL-LINK

Electronic interface plugged on external scan output of the electron microscope. CL-LINK allows the complete synchronisation between the microscope and the spectroscopic system. CL Link is fully supported by LabSpec software and has the following capabilities:

  • Up to 6 input channels (16 bits analog and/or photon counting signals)
  • Electron beam control (Line, frame, external mode)
  • Scan control pass-through compatible with others detectors  (EDX…)
  • Image processing
  • Monochannel and/or Multichannel CCD  / InGaAs array
  • Ultrafast SWIFTTM CCD synchronization for on-the-fly spectra acquisitions
Spectrometers

Spectrometers

Range of high performances Czerny-Turner imaging spectrometers to fullfil any spectral resolution requirements.  We offer the following models on our CLUE series detectors (see our OSD section for more detailed information.)

  • MicroHR 140mm focal length, f/3.88, 2 exit ports, Dispersion 5.25nm/mm, 2 gratings turret
  • iHR320 320mm focal length, f/4.1, 2 exit ports,  Dispersion 2.31nm/mm, 3 gratings turret
  • iHR550 550mm focal length, f/6.4, 2 exit ports,  Dispersion 1.34nm/mm, 3 gratings turret
  • LabRAM and Modular Raman Series for R-CLUE
Detectors

Detectors

Large range of monochannel and multichannel cooled detectors, covering from 185nm up to 2.2µm, for steady-state and/or time-resolved spectroscopy

  • Ambiant or Cooled Photomultiplier tubes and solid state single channel detectors for fast imaging (analog or photon counting mode)
  • Multichannel detectors for spectral and hyperspectral mapping (CCDs, EMCCDs and InGaAs arrays) compatible with SWIFTTM ultra-fast mapping mode
Opti-LINK

Opti-LINK

Compact and computer controlled optical interface at the entrance of the spectrometer allowing custom-made configuration including:

  • RGB cathodoluminescence with motorized filter wheel
  • FMP option: Unique high sensitive PMT detector 185-850 nm with high speed current preamplifier and fine contrast and brightness adjustment via touch-pad controller
  • Motorized waveplate for polarized luminescence analysis
  • Fast detector for angular or time resolved luminescence
  • Second spectrometer for extended spectral coverage
