We provide complete solutions for thin film thickness measurement for research and industry. Our technique is spectroscopic ellipsometry in combination with reflectometry. For over 20 years we have been at the forefront of spectroscopic ellipsometer development, introducing innovative ellipsometer technologies such as phase modulation and liquid crystal modulation ellipsometers. These ellipsometers are as a result of the collaboration with the prestigious Ecole Polytechnique School in France, and  are in use throughout the world in universities and research centres, as well as and semiconductor, display and photovoltaic fabs.
