Ellipsometry User Training Courses and Seminars
HORIBA Scientific - Thin Film Division provides a range of training courses for beginners and advanced users of UVISEL, Auto SE and MM-16 spectroscopic ellipsometers.
For beginner users, training courses aim to provide familiarization with ellipsometer operations, Deltapsi2 software, and data analysis methods to characterize thin film structures. All courses are reinforced with hands-on sample analysis.
Training courses for advanced users focus on intensive practice of measurement and modelling methods for the characterization of complex samples. These sessions will be entirely devoted to hands-on exercises.

Courses are conducted at our corporate headquarters in Chilly-Mazarin, France. Local training courses can also be conducted in the USA and Germany application laboratories. Additionally on-site customer training courses are available.
