A full integrated FTIR module can be added to the LabRAM HR and ARAMIS systems, allowing combined confocal Raman and FTIR analysis, for both single point analysis and full hyperspectral mapping.  HORIBA Scientific’s  SameSpot™ technology ensures that optical, Raman and FTIR images are generated from the exact same sample position.
