High performance X-ray Detector Si (Li) - Liquid nitrogen cooling type (Standard type).
Three kinds of detectors are in Si (Li) detector lineup and high performance detector “Platinum” and “Premium” as optional specification in addition to standard type are also selectable.
High energy resolution and high counting-rate performance provide high speed analysis.
Available in Japan, China, Korea, India, Taiwan, Shingapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan
