The infectious flagging is based on innovative and contemporary computing machine learning techniques and based on thousands of measurements’ data.

The clinical performances have been assessed through on site validation studies performed for Malaria both Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum and Dengue with an averaged clinical sensitivity and specificity above 80%.

Cost Effective and Fast Infectious Screening

The automated suspicious flags are combined with Full Blood Count and hence provides a rapid screening test at lower cost than other methods, such as microscopic examination.

The infectious screening flags are optionally available on the hematology analyzer Microsemi CRP LC-667G (Malaria sp.), Yumizen H550 (Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax and Dengue), and on ABX Pentra XL80, Pentra XLR (Malaria sp.).
