Spread across a site area of 308m2 on the 3rd floor of the present HITC Pune, this ISO 17025 accredited facility houses a calibration and repair facility for the complete MFC controller product line (E/N/Z series). The calibration is done inside a clean room with a nitrogen gas purity of 99.999%. Electrical testing, MFC zero conditioning, inner leak check and flow response check with report generation are done as a part of the calibration test in this facility.
The repair center uses He gas with 99.99% purity for leak check of MFCs. The instruments and benches used are calibrated annually at HORIBA STEC FukuchiYama Technology Center in Kyoto, Japan.
HORIBA STEC has appointed Mr. Takayuki Mori from Japan supported by the HORIBA India team of Akash Mishra - Senior Engineer and Rahul Kumar - Production Engineer under the guidance of Parikshit Sengupta, Head – Semiconductor and Optical Smart Sensing for the smooth operations of this budding in-house repair and service facility.
