Function Control Unit with Mass Flow Controllers

The AFCU-360M operates as an accurate function control unit for several analyzers of one immission measuring station. The periodical, adjustable tests consisting of one zero point and one defined span point can be done for every component. To prepare fixed span gas concentrations the unit uses technologies like dilution, permeation, UV irradiation or Gas Phase Titration.
