Oliver Schnaedelbach, Ph.D., MBA, is a neuroscientist trained at the universities of Heidelberg, GER, and Cambridge, UK. After working in academic and pharmaceutical R&D, he joined the IVD industry in marketing, business development, and general management functions over 20 years ago. Dr. Schnaedelbach has been working with the College of American Pathologists since January 2021 and is responsible for all European customers and strategies.

Mandy Campbell has over 35 years working in the field of clinical diagnostics. She is a qualified Biomedical Scientist, specialising in hematology and hemostasis, with a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
After working as a senior healthcare scientist for the UK National Health Service (NHS), Mandy joined HORIBA Medical in 2002. She had multiple roles in the UK including Technical Support and Training Manager and, more recently, Sales and Marketing Manager. She transferred to HORIBA Medical HQ, France, in 2021 with a focus on clinical studies and IVDR compliance and is currently the International Product Manager for several haematology instrument ranges.
