The electric vehicle sector continues to encounter critical engineering challenges, including high capital expenditure, complex systems integration, and stringent performance requirements under competitive market conditions. Achieving cost efficiency while maintaining system reliability necessitates advanced development methodologies that enable early-stage design optimization and accelerated validation cycles.

To address these challenges, this webinar will present the HORIBA MIRA Mobius Virtual Engineering toolchain (MOBIUS™). A modular machine learning-based digital twins development approach which enable continuous validation and calibration across the vehicle lifecycle and empowers OEMs and Tier 1s to accelerate development, reduce cost, and comply with emerging regulations requiring lifetime calibration traceability.

A case study illustrates how MOBIUS™ toolchain was applied to rapidly redevelop and validate a new battery system for a 7.5T light commercial vehicle, despite the absence of prototype vehicles and tight start-of-production (SOP) constraints.

Puneet Mathur (HORIBA MIRA, Software & Control), Andrea Trevisan (HORIBA MIRA, Head of Stategic Sales, Net Zero & Vehicle Propulsion)
