Service Administrator

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Service team at HORIBA UK.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our engineers and customers, ensuring service activities run smoothly from start to finish. From managing bookings and processing orders to coordinating service schedules and responding to customer queries, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration, including scheduling and paperwork
  • Processing service orders, invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Coordinating engineer visits, parts logistics and service requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking work through internal systems
  • Helping to deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
