3D NAND 제조 공정에서는 수십 개의 SiO2 및 SiN 층이 증착되고 SiN 층은 고온 인산을 사용하여 선택적으로 제거됩니다. 이 과정에서 약액의 농도와 온도를 조절하여 원하는 식각율을 얻을 수 있습니다. 기존 제품은 고온의 약품을 측정하기 어려웠지만 CS-620F는 170도까지 고온에서 측정이 가능합니다. 연속 측정은 흡수 분광법을 사용하여 이루어지며, 다른 방법에 비해 유지 관리가 덜 필요하고 소모품 소모가 적습니다.
