The Eyecon2™ is a non-product contact, real time particle size and shape data analyzer that utilizes cutting edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) to meet the high standards of modern industrial manufacturing. Used anywhere to measure powders and bulk solids flow between the size range of 50 - 5500 μm this process analytical technology enables faster understanding of process variance and identification of parameters for optimization.

The Eyecon2 is the smart factory solution for particle size and shape data in-between 50 - 5500 μm. It enables faster understanding of particle size, shape and variation with real-time particle size distribution and shape data updated every ~ 5 sec. Transferrable from at-line to in-line, and easily integrated with multiple manufacturing systems, the Eyecon2 is an advanced solution to process control.

    The Eyecon2 helps customers understand particle size and shape variation and in turn determine why a process is failing, why yield is reduced, what the source of product variation is, and whether or how a process can be best scaled up to commercial manufacturing.
