  • Description / Pathology :

    Round or oval medium size cells, nucleus with dense chromatin and without nucleolus, hyaline to pale basophilic fairly extended cytoplasm, with thick azurophilic granules.

    T / NK LGL (Large granular lymphocytes) leukemia presents with LGL> 500/µl and clonality proven by molecular biology or cytometry.

    Reactive lymphocytosis (polymorphic, associated with hyperbasophilic lymphocytes, suggestive clinical context).
