    Large size cell, round nucleus and fine chromatin with nucleolus, slightly basophilic cytoplasm with abundant cytoplasmic veils, pseudopodia and fine "grain dust "grits . Sometimes concave nucleus.

    Acute Monocytic Leukemia: AML5a and AML5b.
