'재미있고 즐겁게' - HORIBA의 기업 모토

우리의 기업 모토는 '재미있고 즐겁게'입니다. 삶에서 가장 역동적인 시기에 자부심과 도전 정신을 가지고 업무에 임한다면 더욱 만족스러운 삶이 될 것입니다. 이것은 회사의 설립 이후 현재까지 전해져서 내려오는 정신으로, 재미있고 즐거운 날을 더 많이 보내고 싶은 마음을 의미합니다. 우리는 직원 개개인이 '재미있고 즐겁게' 일할 수 있는 환경과 공간을 제공하고 있으며, 이것은 직원들이 더 좋은 아이디어를 낼 수 있는 원동력으로 작동합니다. 좋은 아이디어는 결국 업무 효율로 연결되어 기업 가치가 상승하고, 고객, 주주 및 공급업체 그리고 사회가 모두 혜택을 보게 됩니다.

우리의 기업 모토인 재미있고 즐겁게는 전 세계 호리바리안 (HORIBARIAN, HORIBA 임직원들이 스스로를 부르는 명칭)들에게 공유되는 중요한 가치입니다. 이 독특한 모토는 HORIBA의 창업주인 호리바 마사오 박사에 의해 영감을 받아 1978년 공식 모토로 선정되었습니다. 아래 영상에는 호리바 마사오 박사와 호리바 아츠시 회장/CEO의 메시지와 함께 재미있고 즐겁게 정신이 반영된 HORIBA의 내부 활동에 대해 소개합니다. 추가적으로, HORIBA의 철학에 내재된 'Omoi'(열정)에 대해서도 알아보세요. 

 

Omoi: HORIBA 방식을 표현하는 다섯 가지 요소

Omoi는 감정, 열정, 생각, 열정, 욕망, 열망, 야망, 헌신, 사명, 그리고 목표를 의미합니다. 우리는 직원들이 일을 통해 재미있고 즐겁게의 핵심 가치인 다음과 같은 다섯 가지 Omoi를 가질 것을 권장합니다.

HORIBA 브랜드 북

지난 몇 년간 HORIBA 그룹은 인수 및 새로운 운영 기지 구축으로 직원수가 급격하게 증가했습니다. 더불어 기업의 규모가 증가하고 글로벌에서 많은 사업을 진행함에 따라, HORIBA의 기업 문화를 보존하고 육성하기 위한 더 많은 노력이 필요하게 되었습니다. HORIBA 브랜드 북은 HORIBA의 브랜드가 무엇인지 직원들의 이해도를 높이기 위해 출판되었습니다. 지난 2007년 1월 26일 발행된 브랜드 북은 당시 전 세계 약 4,700명의 직원에게 배포되었습니다.  HORIBA 브랜드 북에는 기업의 모토인 '재미있고 즐겁게'와 'Omoi' 이외에도 HORIBA 직원들의 36개 기고문이 수록돼 있으며 일본어, 한국어, 영어, 프랑스어, 독일어, 중국어 등 6개의 언어로 편찬되었습니다.

HORIBA 철학 프로젝트

우리의 철학을 전 직원과 공유하고, 미래 세대에 전달하기 위해 글로벌한 HORIBA 철학 프로젝트를 추진하고 있습니다. 2017년에는 아시아에서, 2018년에는 유럽과 미국의 각 그룹사에서 호리바 철학 워크숍을 개최하였습니다. 앞으로도 워크숍을 통해 HORIBA 그룹의 역사와 회사 모토인 재미있고 즐겁게의 배경과 취지를 알리며, HORIBA 철학을 논의하는 등 직원들이 기업 문화와 스타일을 체험할 수 있는 기회로 삼을 예정입니다.

HORIBA Philosophy Project

블랙잭 프로젝트

1997년부터 직원들의 인식과 활동을 변화시키기 위한 목적으로 시작된 블랙잭 프로젝트는 지난 2020년에는 1,476개의 프로젝트 테마가 등록되었습니다. 운영 효율성 향상 및 비용 절감과 관련된 주제 외에도 인력 개발, 조직력 향상과 관련된 많은 주제들이 등록되었습니다. 블랙잭 프로젝트는 올해로 24년째를 맞이한 기업 활동이자 직원들이 주도적으로 조직 개혁을 추진하는 HORIBA 기업 문화 중 하나입니다. HORIBA는 각 국가를 대표하는 후보들과 내부적으로 월드컵 대회를 개최하고 있으며, 블랙잭 프로젝트를 운영하는 직원을 따로 두고 있습니다. 해당 대회는 경영진과 임직원들에게 어떻게 우리의 신념을 현실로 만드는지 보여줄 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 기업의 문화, 경험, 지식을 공유하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있습니다.
