OBS-ONE PN - Portable Emissions Measurement

차량 탑재형 배기가스 측정 장치

OBS-ONE PN unit은 실제 주행 중 사용할 수 있는 차량 탑재형 배기가스 측정 장치로, 특정 입자 크기 범위에 속하는 입자상 물질의 개수를 분석할 수 있습니다. 해당 장치는 UNECE(유엔 유럽 경제 위원회)와 제휴 중인 그룹 중 하나인 입자 측정 프로그램(PMP, Particle Measurement Programme)에서 권장하는 방법인 응축 입자 계수기(CPC, condensation particle counter)를 사용합니다. 또한 PN 유닛은 가스 유닛과 결합하여 배기가스 구성 요소와 함께 배기가스 유량, GPS 위치 및 대기 조건(온도, 습도, 압력)을 측정할 수 있습니다.

Integrated Operating Platform

The OBS-ONE and other HORIBA ONE series systems employ a common user interface with future expandability. Control, monitoring and management of each emission measurement device and each module unit of OBS-ONE series can be integrated into a single controller.

In 2016 the European Commission´s (EC) Member States agreed on new procedures and requirements for light-duty vehicle type approval certification introducing Portable Emission Measurement System (PEMS) for vehicle testing on the road.

Real driving emissions with RDE CoDriver

Real Driving Emission (RDE) tests confirm the results produced during an emissions test on a chassis dynamometer to ensure that vehicles meet the set limits in the real world.

Particle Measurement in the Sub-23nm Range

Concerns exist that advances in modern engine technology may contribute to large portions of solid particles at sizes smaller than 23nm. The EU Joint Research Center has confirmed this concern in several investigations.
