Vacuum Spectrometer VUV Fluorescence

Vacuum System - Fluorescence instrument based on H20-UVL and iHR320

The VUV Fluorescence system consists in a Deuterium light source (DLS200) combined with a H20-UVL for sample excitation in the range 115-400 nm. The fluorescence analysis is done in the visible range by an iHR spectrometer. The sample chamber is equipped with a 4 positions turret and a viewport to visualize the selected sample. The whole system is controlled via HORIBA Scientific software.
