Organic wastewater discharged from semiconductor manufacturing processes needs to be properly treated through a biological treatment process before being released into the environment. Water quality meters are essential for treating the wastewater to a concentration that is acceptable for discharge, and in recent years they have also become "must have" for reducing the amount of electricity required for treatment.
For organic wastewater treatment processes, which remain costly and time-consuming, HORIBA proposes ways to improve the efficiency of on-site maintenance through water quality meters, such as reducing power consumption with water quality meters that measure new items and electrodes that prevent the adhesion of organic dirt.
