For turbidity and suspended solids (SS) management in wastewater and intake water.

A turbidity meter that can be directly immersed in the tank for ease of installation. Ideal for turbidity and SS control of wastewater and intake water. Depending on the sample, the measurement method can be selected between the 90-degree transmission scattering method or the transmission method.

Depending on the sample, the measurement method can be selected between the 90-degree transmission scattering method or the transmission method.

Compatible with a wide range of measurement

The turbidity measurement range is 0 to 4000 NTU (Formazin) and 0 to 2000 NTU (Kaolin), while the SS measurement range is 0 to 2000 mg/L (Kaolin).

Improved maintainability

Equipped with a robust built-in electric wiper cleaner that is resistant to dirt. Additionally, the sensors are equipped with a PFA resin head, making them resistant to dirt and debris. (An optional cleaning unit can also be added.)

Stable measurements

With the transmission 90-degree light scattering method, light attenuation due to light source or detector fluctuations or contamination can be canceled. Additionally, a long-life LED light source is incorporated.

A sensor that is not limited by the measurement location

Compatible with both immersion and submersion, allowing measurements to be taken in various locations without restrictions.

Note

Although arrestors (400 V discharge starting voltage) are provided for the contact input and communication lines, install some optimum surge absorber elements on the connection lines, depending on the surrounding environment, installation conditions, and the external devices.
