TPNA-500

Automatic total nitrogen/phosphorus monitor

The latest model combines 60 years of water measurement technology to achieve reduced life cycle costs, compliant regulations.

The future of total nitrogen and total phosphorus measurement not only involves compliance with regulations but also has the potential to contribute to proactive enhancements of corporate values. The future of measurement, regulatory compliance, and enhancement of corporate value will be pursued by proposing technological innovation, improvement, and LCC (Life Cycle Cost) reduction.

Extension of reagent lifespan (twice as long as conventional)

The stability of potassium persulfate has been improved through the development of dedicated reagents. The reagent replacement cycle has been extended from one month to two months. *1
*1: Depends on reagent storage and installation conditions (ambient temperature) (compared to our previous products)

Power consumption has been reduced by approximately 30%, and the amount of pure water and waste liquid has been halved

Reduction of costs (including labor) and environmental impact associated with electricity consumption, use of pure water, and waste liquid treatment (compared to previous estimates).

Adoption of a robust weighing system resistant to contamination

Adoption of a new weighing method (meniscus weighing method) and enhanced automatic cleaning function (optional), while maintaining the reagent volume reduction (1/10) achieved with our previous models. Contributes to extending the maintenance cycle.

Reevaluation of existing equipment

Improved have been made to specifications to make the equipment more reliable by reducing the use of mechanically driven components such as solenoid valves.
