We’re hiring Technicians across three specialist areas. Because many candidates suit more than one, we’ll discuss your strengths and preferences and place you in the team that’s the best fit.

Vehicle Attributes (Permanent): vehicle prep, instrumentation support, proving ground activity (and occasional public-road support)

Battery Abuse Testing (12-month Contract): support EV battery abuse tests, set up instrumentation/DAQ, complete safety checks; outdoor working year-round

  • This is a 12-month contract Inside IR35
  • This role is to be paid up to £22 p/hr inclusive of holiday pay.
  • The role is working 39 hours a week
  • Some shift working/overtime maybe required - an allowance will be paid accordingly in line with agency worker regulations

HyGe / Pedestrian / Structures (12-month Contract): prepare rigs/labs and support safety & structural testing; data acquisition and high-speed camera set-up.

  • This is a 12-month contract Inside IR35
  • This role is to be paid up to £20 p/hr inclusive of holiday pay.
  • The role is working 39 hours a week
  • Some shift working/overtime maybe required - an allowance will be paid accordingly in line with agency worker regulations

What you’ll do (across roles)

  • Prepare vehicles/components/rigs for test, fit instrumentation, set up test equipment, download/handle data, maintain a safe and organised work are , taking digital stills to support testing.

 

What you’ll need

  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude, careful working style, and a strong safety mindset.
  • Full UK Driving licence required
  • Use of Microsoft Office
