CS-150은, 반도체 세정 공정에 쓰이는 SPM 농도 모니터입니다. 기존 제품과는 차별화 된 고속응답성과 장비의 소형화를 실현. registration박리나 유기물의 제거에 사용되는 SPM용액(H2SO4/H2O2/H2O)의 각 성분농도를 실시간으로 측정하고, 알람기능으로 자동보급하는 타이밍을 알려드립니다. 고속응답, 짧은 측정 주기의 실현으로 농도변화에 대하여도 충실하게 대응하고,또 컴팩트한 설계로 용이하게 세정 장치에 설치할 수 있습니다.
