EMGA-Expert(EMGA-21E)는 1.0 ppm 미만의 초미량 수소 분석에 특화된 모델로, 고감도 TCD(열전도도 검출기)와 HORIBA 독자 가스 분리 컬럼을 탑재하여 철강, 비철금속, 세라믹 소재의 R&D 및 품질 관리에 사용됩니다.

수소는 극미량으로도 소재에 결함을 일으킬 수 있기 때문에 소재 개발과 품질 관리에서 매우 중요한 원소입니다. 그러나 0.1 ppm 수준의 수소를 검출할 수 있는 분석기는 여전히 제한적입니다. 이러한 초미량 분석에는 "불활성 가스 융해-열전도도 검출법(Inert Gas Fusion – Thermal Conductivity Detection)"이 매우 효과적인 기법으로 입증되었습니다. Hydrogen is a critical element in material development and quality control, as even extremely small amounts can cause defects in materials. However, analyzers capable of detecting hydrogen at the 0.1 ppm level remain limited. The “” method has proven to be a highly effective technique for such ultra-trace analysis. in developing analyzers based on this method, and has built proprietary technologies such as an impulse furnace for sample heating and melting, a high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector (TCD), gas separation technology, and advanced control systems. 가스 흐름도

EMGA-Expert 수소 분석기의 측정 방식에서는 도가니에 담은 시료를 전기 가열하여 시료에 포함된 원소를 용융·기체화합니다. 불활성 가스인 아르곤(Ar)을 캐리어 가스로 사용해 기체화된 원소를 TCD 검출기로 이송하며, 이를 통해 가스 중에 포함된 원소와 그 농도를 뛰어난 분석 정확도와 안정성으로 측정할 수 있습니다.
