In the field of CO2 adsorption and separation materials R&D, various separation and recovery methods are employed depending on the source and concentration of CO2.
It is essential to evaluate the performance and durability of these adsorption materials accordingly.

Features of the system

  • A single device can generate gas at any desired concentration, control various test conditions, and analyze the gas after adsorption and desorption.
  • Supports evaluation using real exhaust gas (optional).
  • Various test sequences can be performed automatically, enabling continuous 24-hour testing.
  • Equipped with standard safety functions, including abnormality detection and emergency stop switches.

Carbon Capture Evaluation System is the solution supporting customers who moves from basic research to demonstration phase of CO2 capture.

  • Enables testing with pressure control
  • Allows testing with a flow rate of several liters per minute
  • Supports long-term continuous testing, such as adsorption/desorption cycle and durability tests
  • Provides evaluation test system in a single package
  • Facilitates highly reproducible automated testing
