Lyufei Chen

Biography

Lyufei Chen is an accomplished application scientist at HORIBA, specializing in A-TEEM fluorescence spectroscopy. Originally from the small village of Zhuzhou in Hunan Province, China, she developed a deep interest in science early on. She earned her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Chemical Engineering from Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York, where she studied nanomaterials and expanded her expertise at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials at Brookhaven National Laboratory. With extensive experience in method development and validation in the pharmaceutical industry, Lyufei now focuses on A-TEEM molecular fingerprinting. She works closely with clients in the biopharma and pharmaceutical sectors, addressing technical challenges and providing innovative solutions using A-TEEM technology.
