  • Required sample amount for quantitative analysis: Approximately 8 mL (water base)
  • Keep cell window clean to avoid any contamination. Otherwise, It will cause inaccurate and wrong result.
  • Store cell windows and sample cells under dust-free condition. Be careful about metallic dusts especially. It might cause pin holes in the cell window and it results in a liquid leakage accident.
  • Volatile sample should not be placed in a full-sealed sample cell (disposable sample cell, a PET cell). Otherwise, the inner vapor pressure get increased in a sample cell beucase of the X-ray beam heat, and it may cause the burst of a film and it results in sample leakage accident.
  • Corrosive vapor from a sample might cause corrosion and damage to the analyzer.
  • Make sure that no liquid leakage occurs from a cell before placing it on the sample loading position of the analyzer.
  • Take out a cell from the sample loading position of the analyzer soon after a measurement is done. If you leave it for long time, it might cause liquid leakage accident.
  • Disassemble a cell soon after a measurement.
