Simultaneous Measurement of Up to 28 Components
The FTX-ONE-CL allows engineers to evaluate multiple exhaust gas components using synchronized data from a single analyzer.

- Simultaneously measures up to 28 components, depending on the selected configuration
- Measures nitrogen compounds, greenhouse gases, aldehydes, alcohols and hydrocarbons
- Supports standard component sets for gasoline and diesel vehicles, as well as CNG applications
- Configurable measurement components and ranges based on testing requirements
- Reduces the need to coordinate results from multiple individual analyzers
- Supports detailed emissions characterization across different fuels and powertrain technologies
Fast FTIR Measurement for Transient Testing
FTIR spectroscopy combined with HORIBA’s multivariate analysis algorithm enables rapid, simultaneous analysis of complex diluted exhaust gas mixtures.
- 5 Hz sampling rate for observing transient concentration changes
- Synchronized measurement of multiple compounds throughout a test cycle
- Supports analysis of cold-start, acceleration and other dynamic operating events
- Provides engineers with time-resolved data for correlating emissions with vehicle, engine and aftertreatment behavior
Diluted Exhaust Measurement and Mass Calculation
The analyzer is designed for integration into diluted exhaust measurement systems used for engine and vehicle testing.
- Measures diluted exhaust from internal-combustion engines
- Integrates with a constant volume sampling system and test automation system
- Supports emissions mass calculations using measured concentrations and dilution-system data
- Enables continuous-line and bag-line measurement
- Supports coordinated data acquisition and evaluation across the test system
Integrated with HORIBA ONE PLATFORM

As part of HORIBA ONE PLATFORM, the FTX-ONE-CL provides a consistent operating environment across compatible HORIBA measurement systems.
- Operate compatible measurement devices through a common user interface
- Centralize equipment control, monitoring and management
- Integrate the analyzer into a coordinated emissions measurement system
- Support consistent operating procedures across laboratories and test cells
- Simplify access to analyzer status and measurement information
- Expand the measurement system as laboratory requirements evolve
- Discover how HORIBA ONE PLATFORM connects and manages laboratory measurement systems.
Low Sampling Flow Rate
The FTX-ONE-CL minimizes the amount of sample required from the diluted exhaust measurement system.
- Approximately 1.0 L/min sampling flow from the bag line
- Approximately 3.0 L/min sampling flow from the continuous line
- Reduces sample withdrawal from bags during analysis
- Facilitates integration into existing diluted exhaust and bag-sampling systems
Compact Design for Laboratory Integration
The compact analyzer provides greater flexibility when adding multi-component FTIR measurement to new or existing laboratories.
- Approximately half the installation footprint and weight of the referenced previous configuration*
- Dimensions of 438 × 765 × 950 mm, excluding protrusions
- Greater flexibility when planning equipment layouts
- Easier integration where laboratory space is limited
- Improved access for operation and maintenance
*Footprint comparison. The exact comparison model should be identified if product management can provide it; otherwise, the “half” claim lacks a clear reference point.
