LE Series Large Flow는 액체 소스 기화 제어 시스템유량 채널과 히터 소자가 주형 알루미늄 블록에 내장되어 있어 열 전달을 극대화하고 냉점 및 응결 위험을 모두 제거할 수 있는 고유량, 고효율 액체 기화기 시스템입니다. 이 액체 소스 기화 제어 시스템은 최대 300°C에서 작동할 수 있으며 최대 30g/min의 IPA(또는 동등한 물질)를 기화할 수 있습니다.
