Service Administration Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 

  • Provide guidance and support to service administration team to perform their duties effectively
  • Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Conducting regular one to ones and PDR reviews with team members
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries
  • Ensuring the development, review and revision of standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring of Service processes in SAP
  • Producing monthly KPI’s
  • Creating annual service quotations
  • Quotation approvals
  • Purchase order approval
  • Maintaining service-related databases
  • General administration

Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role  
  • Excellent organisational & leadership/people skills
  • Excellent customer care skills and experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP Experience

Desirable

  • Experience of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Coaching experience
