Test Unit for Fuel Measurement Systems

FACT 220 is a testing device for automatic verification of the calibration of the sensors installed in the FQ fuel flow measurement systems. The measuring unit of FACT 220 consists of a density and fuel flow sensor that allows to check the entire measuring range. The volumetric flow rate is set by a remote controlled valve and can be set automatically with predefined points for a fast verification and high precise quality of the measurement result. The FACT 220 is operated via a control panel; hereby you can start the validation procedure and status as well as statistical values can be traced with.   

There are two possibilities to connect the FACT 220, to the inlet circuit of the FQ fuel flow measurement system or like a specimen in the outlet circuit. The flow deviations between FQ system and reference will be valuated with a status message. At the end of the testing procedure a test report will be created. An additional tank is filled with preservative for post-treatment after measurement. The unit will be connected over Ethernet-Interface with the fuel flow meter for data transfer and remote control of all functions like manual and automatic testing and purging. The system is designed for commercially available fuels, Ethanol up to 100%, Kerosine and Biodiesel.
