SPRi Running buffers
Depending on the ligand/analyte interaction study, the composition of the running buffer is expected to improve specific binding. Salted buffers like PBS or HEPES are recommended. Buffer composition, concentration or pH must be adjusted according to the biomolecules studied.

SPRi Calibration solution
The calibration solution helps correct for sensitivity dispersions on the sensor chip surface.

SPRi activation kits
The SPRi activation kits should be used for primary amine coupling chesmitries with COOH groups ready to be activated (SAM CH-HD and CH-LD and 3D chemistries)
|Amine coupling kit 1||Necessary reagents for NHS activation of COOH groups for amine coupling. To be reconstituted in 1 mL of filtered and deionised water.|
Chemistry activation using NHS is more stable but less reactive.
|Amine coupling kit 2||Necessary reagents for Sulfo-NHS activation of COOH groups for amine coupling. To be reconstituted in 1 mL of filtered and deionised water.|
Chemistry activation using Sulfo-NHS is more reactive but less stable
SPRi Blocking solutions
The SPRi blocking solutions are used for deactivating the remaining reactive groups of the surface chemistry for covalent coupling. They can also help reduce non-specific binding.

SPRi Regeneration solutions
The SPRi regeneration solutions are used to remove the bound analyte and any other non-covalently bound material while keeping the ligand activated. Regeneration conditions (concentration, contact time, pH…) must be optimized for each new ligand-analyte interaction study.
