In this issue of Chase the Case, we present a clinical case of Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia (CLL). The diagnosis was supported by the HORIBA Yumizen hematology analyzer, which revealed the presence of atypical lymphocytes on the DIFF scattergram. In CLL, some lymphocytes are larger than normal and appear between the lymphocyte and ALY matrix.
