    HORIBA는 가열 필터를 사용하여 수분에 의한 SO₂ 의 흡수를 방지하여 높은 정밀도의 황 분석이 가능합니다. 방출된 물이 SO₂ 가스를 흡수하기 때문에 수분이 있거나 분석 중에 물이 생성되는 시료는 황 분석 시 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다. 고성능 히팅 필터 장치를 이용하여 이를 방지할 수 있습니다.
