DeltaFlex 시간 상관 단일 광자 계수(Time correlated single photon counting)(TCSPC) 시스템은 차세대 TCSPC 계측기의 Delta 시리즈 중 하나입니다.

DeltaFlex는 최고의 유연성을 제공하며, 시스템은 케이블이나 카드를 변경할 필요 없이 11차 오더 정도를 아우르는 발광 수명을 측정하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 시스템의 핵심은 Delta timing 전자 장치로, 거의 무손실 카운트를 제공하고 25ps에서 1초의 수명 측정이 가능합니다. 반복률이 높은 소스, 고속 검출기 및 초저사각 전자 장치로 구성된 DeltaFlex는 수명 데이터를 빠르고 효율적으로 얻을 수 있습니다.

신규 추가된 F-Link 버스는 단순한 모듈화가 가능합니다. 기기에 구성 요소를 추가하기만 하면 시스템이 소프트웨어에서 접근될 수 있도록 새 추가 요소를 자동으로 감지합니다.
마지막으로, 생물학적 프로브와 광전기와 같은 응용 프로그램이 NIR로 더 나아가면서, 이 범위에서는 시간 분해 측정 능력이 매우 중요합니다.

DeltaFlex는 다양한 NIR 디텍터와 결합하여 솔루션을 제공할 수 있습니다.
