개요
TMAH의 농도관리에 최적
TMAH용 전기전도도계 HE-960TM은, 반도체·액정 프로세스에서 이용할 수 있는 photoresist 현상액의 주성분인 TMAH (Tetra Methyl Ammonium Hydroxide)용액의 전기 전도도를 고정밀도로 측정합니다.
전용 센서의 FES-120Ni는 4극식을 채택하여 폭넓은 측정범위를 가지고있고,내구성이 좋기 때문에 TMAH측정에 최적입니다.
기능

측정 범위는 0~200mS/cm, 저농도로부터 고농도까지 측정할 수 있습니다. - 인라인 측정
사용지점과 가까운 곳에서 연속 측정할 수 있습니다. - 내구성이 높은 전용 센서
재질은 니켈을 사용하고 있습니다.
씰 구조를 강화했습니다. - 자동온도보상
TMAH의 온도보상 계수가 입력되어 있으므로, 별도의 설정이 불필요합니다. - Pb free를 채용
환경공해를 저감하기 위해, 기판의 부품에 사용되는 땜납을 모두 Pb free로 하였습니다.
