Compliance Promotion Systems

HORIBA strongly emphasizes compliance in HORIBA Corporate Philosophy and Code of Ethics.

Moreover, we have established Compliance Management Provisions to strengthen our compliance management system and prevent illegal activities.

In order to detect and correct illegal acts at an early stage, we have introduced a whistle-blower system including outside lawyer consultation system and a whistleblower e-mail system to raise awareness of compliance with laws and regulations within the company.

Each group company has established a Compliance Committee. This committee is responsible for raising awareness of compliance, deliberating on cases, and hearing, reporting, and making corrective recommendations on whistleblower cases.
