The Actual Situation of the International Standardization and External Quality Assurance on Blood Cell Count
血球計数検査では自動血球計数に用いる国際的な認証標準物質が存在しないため，国際常用標準測定操作法で新鮮血液を値付けすることで精確な値を伝達する必要がある。その基準分析法のガイドラインの策定は国際的な枠組みの中で進められており，ガイドラインは具体的な測定手順などを記している。また，外部精度管理評価は測定系の信頼性を反映する客観的な情報となり，理想的な条件下で外部精度管理評価を実施するために，実施方法の標準化を進める意義は大きい。
In the hematology tests by using automated hematology analyzer, there is not internationally certified reference material. Therefore, an internationally recognized reference method enables the clarification of traceability of measurements since the use of fresh blood is necessary for the assurance of accuracy in hematology tests. The guidelines of the reference method are formulated with under international framework. The external quality assurance acts as an invaluable reference source for evaluation the reliability of measurement system. It’s significant to standardize the method of implementation for external quality assurance.
