当院は，病棟など診療現場で行われている血糖測定に対し，POCT対応機器を導入しデータマネージメントシステムを併用することで機器管理とデータ管理を実現した。医療機関へ電子カルテシステムが普及する中で，診療現場で実施される血糖測定の品質向上とデータ活用は大きな課題である。高機能な測定装置とデータマネージメントシステムを併用することで一つの解決策を示すことができたので，ここに提示する。
Our hospital introduced POCT-compatible instruments for blood glucose testing in our wards and other locations for point of care testing. Additionally, we utilized a data management system to handle both instrument management and data management. As the use of electronic chart systems increases in medical institutions, improving the quality of blood glucose testing with points of care and applying measurement data have become important issues. By combining sophisticated measurement instruments with a data management system, we succeeded in pointing the way toward one integrated solution.
